Can you access the HDD easily on the 5101 and 5102? Can you swap the HDD with SSD or do you have to send it back to HP???

If by RAM upgrade you actually mean, "How to remove battery & RAM access panel"
No RAM "upgrading" even remotely occurs in this video.
