well for the toilet use a mine, and the guards walking around at the bottem use the boxes to kill them, basically boxes really helps alot

Correct. This was in early 2006 I think. He plays directly on his computer and apparently his hard drive ran out of space during the run.
Considering he's proven every other WR he's ever gotten, it could very well be legit.

i finally did this level on dltk!! took me about a month but i got it in 13:28

the only thing close to realistic in this mose is the karate chop, but it takes 10 headshots, TEN HEADSHOTS to kill one guy

DLTK stands for Dark License To Kill. When you beat the entire game on 00 Agent you unlock 007 mode. This allows you to customize enemy settings and hence in DLTK all enemy settings are put to the hardest possible. (As shown at 0.07 in this vid). To put this into perspective DLTK is roughly 10 times more difficult than 00 agent and makes all levels extremely difficult to complete with some even impossible.

Lol its not dangerous unless your lacking concentration. I was doing this at midnight and wasn't really focused meaning I made countless errors. I got away with a heck of a lot here
