Like good athletes, vocalists reach their peak at some point, and then their voice tends to diminish in power and quality as they endure the march of time. I still think that Tate was one of the best vocalists of 80s and early 90s metal, and even after all these years, though he his vocal prowess has declined, he still does a wonderful job. Compare him to James Hetfield, who can no longer even stay on key in live performances, and you have to give Mr. Tate his due respect.

One of the things I love about these guys is that they are so generous with their time and are always doing stuff like this. Another is that they are always growing, experimenting and maturing. I agree they are so underrated.
