Neti Pot

I bought a neti pot over four years ago and since had been using is whenever I get sinus trouble. This helps irrigate and provide some relief to my sinuses when I was effected by allergies, colds, and sinusitis. I use sea or Himilayan salt and filtered water for the solution in the neti pot. I did not provide an actual demonstration so not to gross people out.
