  • Music by Gus Viseur (Gustave-Joseph Viseur ) -

Gus Viseur was a Belgian/French button accordionist -

The Flambée Montalbanaise was inspired by the bombing and destruction of Montauban (France) during World War II found it!!

  • Wow so great what is the history of this tune like who wrote it etc. It sounds like from Paris in the thirties and so beautiful. Thanks

  • this is wonderful! I The slide seems to work perfectly with this song.

  • I had never heard of Stacy Phillips until last week, when I heard him play fiddle at the Sounding Board. Last night I heard him a second time, again at the Sounding Board, and my first impression was right. Stacy's music is cross-pollinated from a wide variety of musical traditions. He has the musical gift of being able to play in diverse traditions well; staying true to the tradition yet with unexpected phrasing, ornamentation, and rhythms. See him if you get the chance.

  • now i listen to this everyday ! i can't stop !

  • ah lovely - makes me want to dance across a beautifull blue sky.

  • Huge !
