or 308 win here is expensive

@loco34ism if all your going to be doing with it is deer hunt. than you need a 270. the 22mag was made for squirrels coyotes. and if you got yourself in a close range situation on a deer you could take a headshot. but not a gun you would buy for just deer. go ahead and save your money and get a good 270

@WickedVids4u Simple. Get it in the head at under 75 yards. You might want to do some ballistics and vital organ research before you start making yourself look like an ass in public. A .22 mag or even .22 lr is just as lethal as a .30-06...It just depends on how you use it. The five people that liked this dumb ass comment need to do their research even more than you do.

you cant beat the .22mag for coytoes out to 150yds i have a marlin 925m .22wmr i do most of my coyote hunting at night the .22mag is quiet enough to shoot any time of the day or night and you wont wake your neighbors and i shoot the federal premium v-shock 30gr. tnt hp ive dropped coyotes in their tracks out to 150yds with mine so i would say the .22mag is very underestimated when it comes to knock down power

i dont know wtf you guys are on but i have easily and cleanly dropped deer with a 22mag, yes it do's have to be a well placed shot but it do's the job. i have even dropped smaller deer with just a 22 with a shot to the head. so stfu and stop moaning. nice vid man
