  • @jc136982 Steamed wontons are a type of shumai. There are many kinds of dim sum that are called shumai.

  • Lol, worst video ever, those are steamed wontons, at one point he actually calls them wontons, LOLZ, wierd how a chinese and confuse shui mai and wontons or dumplings lol

  • Ok, accorrding to my hearing, the recipe is: 1lbs ground pork 1/4 lbs of shrimp 20 sheets of wonton wrapper 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp blackpepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesami oil 2 tbsp corn starch Mix all, let sit for 10' Wrap Steam for 16 mins Eat!
