this is a great class for all climbers and mountain enthusiasts. Because of the similar muscle groups used in climbing and surfing I find it is great preparation for surfing too. Kelly Aikins began practicing yoga as a teenager, exploring a number of different styles in an attempt to heal a knee injury. Whilst earning a degree in Psychology and Human Kinetics, Kelly began assisting and teaching Power Yoga and Pilates classes at various studios in Vancouver and Whistler before earning a Yoga Alliance certification as an Ashtanga teacher. Firmly established in Chamonix, Kelly focuses particularly on athletes to improve their performance and stamina. Alongside her daily yoga teaching Kelly has committed to several projects in Africa including manifesting a real yoga school for the amazing and worthy yogis of Kenya.
