Sam, Nick and Kirby out on an abalone breakfast mission. Down in Mendocino for a SCUBA class, we headed to one of our secret spots to grab some abalone for breakfast. With visibility at only three feet, and near blackout conditions past 10 feet of water, abalone were still able to be harvested.

Sam in green is wearing a 7mm Picasso Ghost wetsuit with Omer Millenium fins.
Nick in black is wearing an old 4/3 surfsuit and Picasso Black Team fins.
Kirby in blue is wearing a 7mm Sporasub wetsuit and Picasso Blackteam fins.
Simona was behind the shore-based camera.
Camera: Canon G10 (on shore) and Canon Powershot SD630 with Canon housing (in the water).
All video was shot on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 0600-0800.

The board is called a Banks Board. They were designed and are produced in California, have a variety of different options (including quick on and off backpack straps) and to put it simply, work great.
