What did I use to hold it togethor?
1/8th inch threaded rod at 8 points. with 2x2 skids and rails so the rods go top to bottom

@vrskytour Well i am attempting to make a boat of my own and i really liked your idea so i am trying to copy it. I am guessing you just had some washers a nuts on each end of the rod then?

how much did it cost to build nice job

The contest was to use under one hundred dollars. 3 inch thick Certifoam at 4x8 feet is twenty per sheet and 2x2 inch rail top and bottom is connected with 12 inch threaded rod. The transom is one 2x4 sandwiched in there somehow.
