Saw this opening weekend in 2007...STILL stuck w/ me. (Red Dead Redemption kept reminding me of it...to the point some cutscenes and missions are almost identical... so at Best Buy the following day, I noticed it say $9.99 on price tag which was good enough...placed it down cause I only had $5...turned the corner and noticed it was being advertised for $3.99....BEST DVD deal I've ever got...and Best modern western since Unforgiven...next to True Grit).

Bale is soooooo BRILLIANT and subtle & beautiful in this movie!
Award worthy in every way, he was the heart and soul of this movie!
Crowe was awesome and Bale was perfect as Dan Evans!

i love this movie so much and russel and christian both were amazing in it!!!!
oscars awards sucks! they say they are not in commercial movies but sometimes they give awards to anyone except who really deserve it!!!
