A live performance done on New Jersey Public Television in the 70s. Includes the five original members: Jerry Lawson, Jesse "Sweet Joe" Russell, Jayotis Washington, Herbert "Toubo" Rhoad, and bassman Jimmy "Bro" Hayes. I attended many Persuasions concerts in Philadelphia in the late 60s and early 70s, and actually had dinner with them at the home of Carl Tancredi. There were a talented and classy group—down to earth and likeable. I'll post more songs in the future.

    So sorry to hear that he is no longer with us. I am thinking I got to me him twice and sing with them. He had a great voice and it was so nice to meet him. My Prayers to you and your family.  God Bless.
