2011 Joel Stephens Invitational Opening Ceremonies

The opening ceremonies for the 13h annual Joel Stephens Invitational Tournament were held today, July 2, at Mansfield University's Shaute Field.

The 16-team tournament honors the memory of the former Elmira Notre Dame High School star and Baltimore Oriole player who died after a courageous battle against cancer in 1998.

Longtime tournament support and friend Brian Barden, who is retiring as executive director of Enrollment services at MU, was honored during today's ceremony.
