I think ,, it is joint venture between china/laos, it is chinese made cars used mitsubishi engine. I wonder who is going to run the operations chinese or Lao? the taxi company will make money, if lao gov. owns then it is good thing Lao gov. can make some income for the country but corruption will take place in this type of business if gov. runs it., bad news for private owned taxi will loose customers. if chinese donated the cars its good thing, if loan Lao gov. can repay it back at no time.
