Whether you call it paradise or heaven on earth, one thing is for sure, Caribbean vacations will meet your needs if youre looking for fun things to do, like sun-bathing, swimming, boating, scuba diving, snorkeling, and dancing.

For the best vacation in the sun, nothing beats the Caribbean. Located south of Florida and north of South America, with Central America on its west and the Atlantic Ocean on its east, the Caribbean boasts the best balmy weather that is the closest to the continental United States.

Even the cities contain glorious architecture and the towns in the region have been established long ago. The Caribbean waters are clear and the sun is hot; a Caribbean island vacation has something for everyone - whether you want to hike, swim, dive, snorkel or just play on the white sand beaches.

The islands are aglow with unique cultures that have a European flavor. They boast top-rated hotels, resorts, restaurants, activities, attractions, and shopping. With over fifty island destinations to choose from, each has its own extensive list of accommodations and activities that fit the Caribbeans famous warm weather.

Or to save big bucks and get back to nature, go camping on St. John, in the US Virgin Islands. The National Park has places to set up tents or if you don't want to rough it, they have shelters with two opposite ends screened in to allow the trade winds to keep you cool. The shelters also have platforms that keep you off the ground.
