  • I make sure to take in a gallon of water each day and I don't stay on creatine year round. All my labs come back good. But yes to much is not good and is a waste.

  • i recommend using more natural foods that don't stray a inch from how they came out the ground. People love all these pills and powders for some reason. I guess they get you your results but compromises DNA integrity and maybe stresses reactions in the body that could lead to a serious problems down the line. Should we all wait for the report on the news at 7?

  • @beetz15s You sound like the time of person that won't use a cell phone because "it could" cause cancer. Seriously dude, don't go overboard just use common sense. You'll be fine if you take supplements out of plastic bottles. Do you live in a plastic bubble as well?

  • Any supplements in plastic bottles has toxins in it. Some even as low a 50ppm.

    Leave those stuff alone and eat and drink more raw fresh herbs and vegetables they are way stronger and safer in the long run.

  • @SteU4IA in terms of knocking you out, no, melatonin doesnt work. it will relax you though and help you fall asleep. I feel without GABA it is completely pointless though, because while you may fall asleep sooner you will wake up earlier, so its kind of pointless. With GABA though you sleep like a baby

  • hmm my biology professor said melatonin doesn't really work. Everything else you listed i use right now and works great.
