Parliamentary elections in Afghanistan have been marred by militant attacks and threats of more violence from the Taliban. Several people are reported killed in separate incidents across the country, while there've also been rocket attacks in Kabul and Jalalabad. RT's Paula Slier reports from the Afghan capital.

Bloody Imperialists which they never attept to another...

  • @AYEMAQ Nice Comment. Really Inshallah we will win. Allah Akbar.

  • we afghans have the most diverse looking people ever

  • awwwe it's very nice to see the ppl who are really hoping for a better life, and a future for they're children...I am very happy for these ppl...hopefully this bullshit stops and they can live on FREE just like they should be.

  • Voting in Afghanistan = waste of fucking time.

  • Taliban has internet in those caves? Didn't know they could send E-mail from the mountains, must be WiFi.

  • @bigjames88 yeah I understand what you're saying but I'm not so sure about that. Under the taliban, no matter how messed up they were, they provided stability. Not to mention you can't force democracy down a culture's throat.

  • @Unkn0wnGuy Probably true, but chances are if it wasnt a democracy it would become a west controlled dictatorship. Either way, they have to deal with what they are being given since its a lot better then being under the taliban when they controlled the country.

  • @bigjames88 Of course you're right but you miss the point. Stalin said: "It's Not the People Who Vote that Count; It's the People Who Count the Votes".

What I'm saying is that does anybody really trust these elections? Imo this is just smoke & mirrors for people in the west so the government can (try and) validate the occupation. It's completely corrupt and rigged.

  • @Unkn0wnGuy lol I dont think stalin is the guy you should be listening to when it comes to democracy, would be like saying "Remember what Hilter said about the jews" lol
