My puppy has scottie cramp. Her hind legs do the same thing as your dog. Does it happen all the time or only when he is excited? CA is usually somewhat present all the time, while cramp shows up when the dog is exercising or in an excited situation. Mine only gets symptoms when she is on walks or is playing with a new dog.
