Emerson 610, vintage television

-Emerson 610, restored and receiving a terrestrian cartoon station thru a UHF converter from Philips, working now with 625i/25 lines in Italy. IF frequency filter tuning remains the same as with the US system, works with reduced resolution, eccept for the audio channel, which was retuned to 5,5MHz intercarrier, but filters are narrow so European sound is somewhat scratchy
-Alter Emerson 610, repariert, empfängt italienischen UHF-Analogsender via Philips UHF-Konverter, arbeitet jetzt mit 625/25i Zeilen, Zwischenfrequenzfilter für Bild auf US-Norm belassen, passt so, auch Nyquistflanke, Auflösung reduziert, Ton-ZF auf 5,5MHz Intercarrierabstand erweitert, Tonfilter enge Durchlasskurve, Ton kratzt.

Did you add a diode for DC restoration? The set as originally designed didn't have it. Sure makes a big a big difference as can be easily seen by comparing your video to the other video of a restored Emerson 610 (vintage television iii)
