  • wht kind of microscope did you use

  • an old monocular Will Wetzlar.

    thanks

  • Tell me please how to cultivate amoeba and other amoebacidae? Also if you want, wach my vid about Paramecium. It is in polish, but version with subtitles is coming...

  • I have done so:

I filled a bottle with sediment of a public fountain then I put a small amount of sediment in a plastic glass with a few drops of milk and let go a few days left in the open air. When the water was almost all evaporated I found a large amount of amoebae. I hope this is usefull to you.

    Thanks,

    Alberto

  • Really thanks. It helped much.

  • Very nice video! I've seen them separately, but never realized that they're roughly the same size. Good job.

  • Nice, you were lucky to see them in such a close vicinity to each other. Good job.

  • It is very good film. In my oppinion it will be even better if you add any comment.

    Best regards
