From Honda, a Mind Controlled Robot
The Japanese carmaker is working on technology to control a robot by the power of thought alone. So far, "Asimo" can obey four commands.
Don't expect to see it in a car at your neighborhood Honda (HMC) dealer soon, but Japan's No. 2 automaker is working on some pretty nifty technology that can control robots by the power of thought alone. At a Tokyo briefing on Mar. 31, the company introduced reporters to a system that reads people's minds—and then allows those people to control a bipedal robot. According to the company, the robot, named Asimo, has a 90% success rate at recognizing and then carrying out four commands.

They're being all badass with this because it's in the hands of the stupid. It'll be okay when the new tricks get old.

Shantelle Campbell failed the math part of the SAT and ASVAB and the stupid dream machine tried to tell me that she could do complex equations. They were experimenting on me because I'm an invalid.

it works by recording a vocabulary. Distractions could be edited out because they also give off a wave. It could only work if eye contact was given to a sign of some sort; that might help it.

@MARWAG85 perfect timing, I'll be like 40-50 years old then. I don't wanna do work when I'm old! I want a robot to do it! I've never been one for housework...
