Thankyou so much for this video! I am a 15 year old girl and i thought and eclipse happened every month because it takes one month for the moon to make a full travel around the Earth. (so at some point the moon is infront of the sun) You have solved my problem and another thing which makes sense is that the orbit is slanted. Thankyou so much you helped me to solve my problem !

Now I understand. this phenomenon. when the mean position of a full lunar eclipse the moon and sun in a straight line in the position of Umbra. I mean months not because sunlight is called a total eclipse ..
