  • No Frankie, but still a great number.

  • @amigostodosmex Yes, but Polci. *~*

  • @d4seasons si yo igual

  • the singer is gerry polcy i think

  • @AceWand go figure. i feel the same way. i believe all the seasons should be mentioned. ****

  • i agree. all the seasons musicians should be inducted. frankie valli, bob gaudio, & all the seasons were underated. b. gaudio is a top songwriter. not everyone gets treated the same way. i'm a big f. valli 4 seasons fan. there are still 40 + unreleased songs still locked in the motown vaults since 1972.****

  • The only member of the group OTHER than the original 4 to be mentioned in the show is JOE LONG, bass player, 1965-1975. Don Ciccone, Polci, Paiva and Lee Shapiro were very important to the band's resurgence in the mid 1970's, but the show is mainly about the early years and the 4 founding members. There has been some talk that when they were inducted into the Hall of Fame, they should included Joe Long. If that's the case, then why not those other later members, too?

  • Valli/Gaudio tried to market a Valli-less 4 Seasons in the '70s after hitting big with "December 1963" with Gerry Polci as the lead singer and Valli being heard later in the song. I always maintained that the 4 Seasons missed the boat by having only Valli as the lead singer for so many years. The Beatles and Beach Boys, the 4 Seasons chief rivals in the '60s, had hits with multiple lead singers. If the 4 Seasons had tried to do likewise, maybe it would have worked in the '70s.
