If this was faked it was very, very well done. At one point, when he's on the floor, you hear a choking wheeze that's a textbook sound of a blocked trachea. I know this is YouTube, and you have to take things with a grain of salt, but this was very convincing.

My cousin was making this evil laugh at your face type of laugh and then started chocking on her chewing gum. Luckly my grandmother who is retired nurse saved her life. This happend when we wore kids my grandmother is long gone now.
