still maintaing my weight. Eating fruit, vetables, rice. Be careful eating acidic fruit cause it can burn ur mouth from the acid!

    I've been following your blog...very interesting. You've definitely inspired me to take on a water fast. Just a quick question: what kind of mental exercises would you do to keep your mind off of food? I know you mentioned that for you this was more of a mental challenge--so what would you recommend, other than the ones you've already mentioned. In other words, what would you do with yourself to keep yourself busy during the day and not thinking about food?

  • your killing yourself. People like you make me sick. If you want to lose weight then just exercise, and im not taling about that stepping on and off stairs execise, im talking about serious sweat and panting exercise. Everyone wants a quick fix to everything and frankly retards like you push it to the max. *sigh* i fell better now.
