This guy is so full of shit! He blames a slowing economy AND economic recession (same thing?)for his development or the LACK there of. I mean really . . . work with non for profit?!? Where was all this talk when he wet the bed and dropped the wrecking ball 6 years ago? I'm disgusted!

What an utterly idiotic decision it was for Alderman Joe Moore to back con-artist/developer Chad Zuric.
Had Joe Moore conducted ANY research on Chad Zuric, or the Golden Hands company... he would have found a trail of incomplete projects and forclosures.
