This is my 1980 K20 that I got without an engine in it. I had this rebuilt 283 laying around and decided to throw it in there. It is bored +.040, has Speed Pro forged flat top pistons, ARP rod bolts, ARP main studs, stock steel crank and rods, Melling standard volume/high pressure oil pump, Crane Z-Cam, L69 305 heads(416 casting), and a Summit intake with an Edelbrock Performer 600 CFM carb on top. The exhaust is stock manifolds with y-pipe for now.

  • @85maro350 I know for a fact one of them was joking. Not sure about the other. So it's all good

  • You guys really think this thing has vtec it's a chevy not a Honda

  • I know and that is why I didn't. The block was full and it only ran for 2 minutes.

  • I actually pulled the 283 out and threw in a Goodwrench 350 for some extra torque. The 283 was built for a 3500 lb car with a loose torque converter. This truck is sold but I have a 77 Sierra which is nearly identical as far as the engine bay and stuff.
