Seriously does Carry Ann have any training or experience in Ballroom Dancing, i.e., Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, or even in the Latin styles? What dance contest has she competed in or won? Really she should just admit she is not qualified to be a judge except in perhaps Jazz. Carrie Ann please resign any kind of Dance Judge job you might have. You simply are not qualified.
