The room for land's control indeed.
In the Control Chamber for the World... he creates Earth... using... the Zodiac ...
Of course! The sun travels on its arc (!) in the sky, and through the constellations in the heavens!
And to add to the Ark=Sun symbolism, he's even standing on a star . . .

I love how you really don't know what's going on unless you finished the game :D, so rewatching it doesn't really bore you. (and love your witty annotaions).
