@marthazen We're sorry you're having problems with this program. Unfortunately, it is not our software - we only recommend it because we felt it's a great idea and educating children in the best way possible is important to us We bought a copy ourselves and installed it successfully (on a Windows XP computer). If you could give us more information (e.g. will the program not install, does it crash), we will do our best to help, but as we said, it's not our software so our options are limited.
