Nice Lady in Wetsuit 1 / 1 " Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea " 1965

Here we have a beautiful woman in a shiny black wetsuit from the Season 2 Episode " The Silent Saboteurs ". The lovely long dark haired actress in question is Pilar Seurat; she plays a " underground leader " who is due to meet a small team from " Seaview ". The scene itself is aboard the " flying sub " ( it's underwater and stationary for clandestine operations ) with " Sharkey " ( a Chief Petty Officer ) and " Kowalski "; both of whom have changed into " greens " for land action. " Commander " ( and " Captain " of " Seaview " ) Lee Crane has already scuba dived ashore. Enjoy !

@Aquaman1054 It's also my favorite of all his shows. It was particularly good during the first season (black and white) and it seemed to me the better episodes were the ones that involved espionage or spy-related plot lines, like this one.

@gfpirate Yes, it's fun watch scenes like that. I got a lkick out of the divers carrying their underwater lights while swimming to the Flying Sub, but not having them when they arrive. VTTBOTS is one of my favorite series from the 60's and my favorite among Irwin Allen's shows.

@Aquaman1054 The episode also has some classic examples of how tight Irwin Allen was with an episode's budget. In the episode, which is good story, there are several scenes that don't match up with previous ones, and they never reshot the scenes. In a couple of cases, at least one that I could spot, the film is "flipped" to make a diver appear to be approaching from the front of the flying sub.

I watched this episode on HULU a view days ago. Very cool story with guest stars Pilar Seurat, George Takei and Bert Freed. A blend of Cold War era espionage and science fiction, and even a little sexual tension between the intrepid Captain Lee Crane and the beautiful Moana.
