This is a preview promotion of what's involved in our debricking process. All phones follow a similar procedure. DO NOT TRY THIS AT ON YOUR OWN. I'm trained in small electronics and familiar with all the steps. It's very easy to damage components, small connectors and other parts during this process.

  • hey, i'm from indonesia. i don't have any ideas if my cappy hard brick or not.. i can't power up, cant recovery mode, and download mode..do you think its hard brick? can't u solve it? thanks..

  • I just had my captivate unbricked by mobiletechvideos and they really saved me from having a really expensive paperweight. Can't thank him enough.

  • I was just wondering. I recently bricked my at&t captivate because I used the odin one click fix when my batch number was 1100 something? Well anyways, it is stuck in a boot loop (att screen comes on then off then on infinitely). I notice you have a download mode usb jig for sale and was wondering if that would fix my problem? Also, sense the odin one click messed up my phone what method should I use to return it back to stock once I get it back to download mode? Thank you so much.(:

  • at 1:16 whats the name of that black box and the software did you used ??

    thanks in advance .

  • Josh IS the man! I bricked my captivate over a week ago and sent it in to get resurrected from the dead. The service was fast and Josh kept a continuous open line of communication with me when answering questions that I had about shipping and the whole unbrick process. I got it back just a couple days after I sent it. I'm sure most people might have to wait a bit longer for shipping as I am only a few hours away. Anyway, I got my phone back just like new again. Thanks Josh!

  • Josh is the man!!! I bricked my Captivate to the black screen of death and the phone no longer turned on. I was about to chuck it into the lake, but luckily I found his services He resurrected my phone for 50 bucks! The best part he will upgrade your firmware if you are afraid to brick your phone. If you have a semi-brick there is ways around it, but if you are fully bricked (doesn't turn on) then you need Josh to revive your phone or just throw it into the river. THANK YOU JOSH!!!

  • Josh is the real deal. Completely bricked my phone a week ago; had no lights or screen, and the phone was useless. Sent it to mobiletech with nothing to lose and the phone return working better then ever a weak later. Some how Josh was able to restore my photos and music. I have new found love for the captivate now after also getting mobile tech to upgrade the firmware. I was so close to just getting the galaxy II, but glad I didn't.

  • AMAZING service same day turn around and back in two works great easy to deal with If you mess up your phone try here first
