Oh sorry, you haven't had a budget vote in about a year; skipping one this year, and the one last year on Obama's budget got ZERO VOTES FOR IT.

I'm thinking when NOBODY votes for the President's budget he's got more problems than just Republicans not liking his ideas.

Why can't he get ONE DEMOCRAT to vote for his budget? I guess the "great uniter" has united everyone AGAINST his economic plans?

Actually, it historically only takes 51 votes to pass the Senate but with the GOP obstructionists filibustering almost everything Obama and the Dems work to advance, it demands 60 votes to break the filibuster -- 60 votes the Dems do not have.

So we have never seen the Admin be able to establish policies they wish to establish. They've been hamstrung. Studies show that the present day GOP relies on filibuster "to an unprecedented degree."
