  • your name is leading me one way but all your comments are leading me another...so i ask:

do you want to have huge muscles? cuz that would be SOO SEXY AND HOT!!!!

  • my goal is to lose fat, gaing muscle is the fasted way to lose fat. i don't think i will ever get "huge" unless my diet and years of hard training are subject.

    goal:healthy, strong, mental clarity/awareness.

  • another question: have you noticed a difference in your arms/legs? personally mine are very thick, which is especially noticeable in pictures, and i'm afraid that the shred will just beef them up even more.

thanks! and sorry for asking so many questions, haha.

  • yes i have, they got smaller and firmer. adding muscle wont make you look big, you don't have enough testosterone in you body to get bulky. i encourage you to lift heavy, not the 3-5 lbs but get 8+ pound and increase weight as you get stronger. you'll add muscle quicker and lumpy fat will disappear therefore you'll end up smaller all round, and "toned". the fastest way to look toned is to lift as heavy as you can.

  • great job! looking at your before was like staring at myself in a mirror, and these results are fantastic! this shape is definitely what i'm aspiring for. i saw on your before that you're trying to get to 20% body fat/135 pounds... are you only using the 30 day shred to do it? do you continue level 3 after the 10 days or do you go back to level 1 and do the 30 days again? i'm just wondering since you're already so trim if you actually have 10lbs to lose...! keep up the good work =]

  • keep your intensity up, if you get to level three, stay there and do all the advanced moves and buy heavies dumbbells.

also workout in the morning on an empty stomach to speed fat loss. i recommend you eat of drink some type of protein shake or meal after every workout to help you build muscle and recover faster. if you avoid sugars and starches that will spike you insulin your body will burn fat all day long even after meals.
