Here is how to replace the cap and rotor on a Chevrolet Astro Van or GMC Safari with a 4.3 liter Vortec V6 engine. This is an important part of a tune up. If your van is running poorly, try replacing the cap and rotor. They are supposed to be replaced every 30,000 miles, and changing the cap and rotor without doing anything else can make a big difference. If the contacts inside the cap and rotor are worn or corroded, it makes poor spark or can even cause the spark plugs to misfire. You can replace the cap and rotor for under $30, so it's a cheap fix.

Hi, dont know if you remember me but i asked about your enfield a couple of times a while ago. Well im now glad to say, partly thanks to your info about the bike, after having passed my test thursday, sold my 50 last night, just got home from my first run on my own bullet 500 electra x. Its great fun, an electra with the lean burn engine so i should sit at 60 all day, but i feel safer at 55 ish. Its looking like a very fun bike to get to know, such a nice sound too. I did melt my trouser leg last night talking to somebody and not paying attention, but my god its fun.
