    I use Pacific Natural Foods Soy Blenders instead of regular soy milk and get much better frothing. Found out about this from my favorite roaster/coffee shop, Alterra,, in Milwaukee. Can buy it on Amazon.

    Great video, I'm graduating to the better equipment after many years cheating it but in milk I feel that unless you have a lactose intolerance the tiny difference in calories and fat in the soys and reduced fat milks can hardly outweigh the rich smoothness of whole milk in lattes and cappuccinos.

    I'm very curious about a taste test of these tested milks after the end. I'll look to see if I've missed that video you may have already made...

    I generally use lowfat (1%) with my Saeco Easy and get good results. I find the foam falls flat quickly when use nonfat.
