Come As You Are - UNREHEARSED

A song I did with my ex at the library's Open Mic Night. Enjoy.

We were running out of time, so I wanted to do this on a single take. There are MANY mistakes; WE KNOW! It's pointless to tell us, "The guitarist can't play," or, "I can't hear her sing." As something done on a whim, I'm surprised it came out this well. I doubt if we had done any other song it would've come out any better.

After watching the video myself, I'm not even sure if her mic was ON. I did a sound check on my guitar, correct tone and volume and stuff, but I didn't bother to check the mic. There were two, and the one I used previous was pretty good. Gah! It was so hard trying to restrain my strumming, but if her vocals weren't heard then that defeats the purpose of dragging her to do it.

This was the worst performance I did, but of all the songs I played that night, this one was the most fun. I hope to get some better stuff here soon!
