That's not really an exploit. You coluld just put ububtu cd in boot it open. Open terminal after the hd is mounted and do whatever. Or dare I say. Chroot then passwd. Lol. Bootloader editing isn't an exploit. Now show us a remote bind and we might talk

Eine Neuinstallation mit Hilfe der "Alternate" Version von Linux Ubuntu unter Verwendung des LVM Verschlüsselungssystems sollte abhilfe schaffen.
