Don Drago plays 3 chars VS Rugal_E

COPYPASTA FROM EVILSLAYER5X VID AGAINST GOENITZ

Well... not anymore. Anything he can do, I can do better, so... let's go for detailed issues:

I'm mostly neutral about EvilSlayer5X, but he keeps attacking me. That's like saying I should make things his way. HE is HE. Im MYSELF. If he can't live with that, he has serious problems to solve.

And proof that he tries to be something that he hates comes bellow:

- He says my chars have overpowered supers. Look the video and see the damage his Rugal_F inflicts by yourself. I may add that, if Rugal_E has 2 powerbars, you'll get hit by another super for free.

- Command reading: he admits in his AI readme that Rugal_E does it. And complain about my chars.

- He claims that my chars poking techniques are, in his words "made in a way to made sure you always get pinned down and have little chance to fight back and this is a problem because it makes poking practically impossible unless you like eating a large combo or one of his supers". I pointed what Rugal does in this vid. God press with 0 punishment chance, even worse than my Nightmare Geese's Jaeiken (detail: this move is accurate to the source, so don't blame ME for that).

- He claims that my chars have no damage dampening. His Rugal_E uses 1400 power, plus 3 kicks, and deals 70% damage. My chars use 4000 power to Dream Cancel and deal 70~75% damage. Combo into it, and you'll have even less. Only the pure Dream Cancel can beat out the shit of your opponent. Anything you chain before will reduce the damage greatly. Did I mention that Dream Cancel is only possible when youre almost dying (less than 25% life)?

- And let's take some lessons from what's overpowered:

- Rugal_E's homing geyser can't be jumped. If guarded, can't be punished. If you roll through, you won't recover fast enough to do anything, and will be thrown (or combed).

- Rugal_E's Genocide Cutter can be guarded in the air. Good thing here? NO. It has no recovery frames when he lands. And the blockstun will make you unable to do anything before he lands. Oddly enough, it will send you FAR away (not even seems an upward move by this effect). It's perfect to spam MOAR geysers.

- Rugal_E can grab you after you land a strong hit on him (normal grab). The push after you hit a strong attack makes impossible for any barely well made MUGEN char can't normal grab from THAT far.

- EvilSlayer5X can't make strategic AI, so he relays on sheer power to win. Proof is the recovering super bar for Rugal_E. There are less shameful ways to win. Even my old Billy Kane VS DG video using the low weak punch was fairer than that.

- EvilSlayerX5 can't make strategic AI #2: Rugal_E keeps trying to break your guard with combos, and, when he's without any powerbar and you keep poking him, he'll block all day. Won't dodge, roll, flee, try to counter, trade hits, NOTHING!!! Zangief does NOT approve that!

- EvilSlayerX5 can't make strategic AI #3: Shitty invul during back hop spam is shitty. And shameful.

- EvilSlayerX5 can't make strategic AI #4: Shittier block sliding fwd is even shittier. And even more shameful.

After all this WALL O'TEXT. I can say: he claims ZOMG cheap! But who's the cheapo here?

After reading that, and se the vid, and read the annotations (I know... boring WALL O'TEXT is boring) you'll agree with what I said at the beggining: Everything EvilSlayer5X can do, I can do better :P

lol I should have comment earlier, but meh. Rugal E just fails, Its not a status quo thing like ESX5 thinks its a quality thing. Why have the cheaper low quality thing that you'll won't like or the high quality product that has more work put into it. Its like why have the house made of sticks just cuz you can make it cheaper and faster when you can have the house of bricks which is basicly timeless. ESX5 doesnt realize he's mainstream as well just playing a gimmick.

the only thing about it you have to run or dash in the air for it to charge at a high rate walking doesnt do that in GG but lol who walks in GG when fighting.

This Rugal_E is indeed cheap compared to the Don Drago characters (and at least you can adjust AI difficulty, thanks to this function).
