Yeah they did release some under BAM for the PS1, no idea why though, it just added confusion.
I hate all these name changes! :(
In a nutshell though, all the info you need to know about this is, it's brand new, so if you like the series, get it :)

It's the SD card menu from the March update and a DLC pack is downloadable content, you pay to get extra levels.
Only they're mainly built into the game so you're essentially paying for cheat codes to unlock the game.
