Nifty commercial from 1962!

Note how the "Interlocking Hemisphere" logo is present on the ticket jacket, but the aircraft here are still sporting the 1959 delivey scheme, and have yet to be painted in the updated "Starstream" livery.

This would date this commercial right around 1962.

Some neat footage of a -300 "Intercontinental" at altitude with the gear down.

  • One of in my opinion the most significant airlines in aviation history. TWA was the first airline to have an extensive international network fed by a domestic one.

  • TWA is the way.!

  • BEAUTIFUL bird....still gorgeous to look at, even in B&W.
