I saw a truck hit a telephone pole. Police demanded no pictures or video or I would face imprisonment. Stopped, parked car and tried to take a picture when this RCMP woman went ballistic for no reason. Then she saw I drove a Mercedes and she really lost it.

  • Update, went to court. All tickets thrown out, just as I wish someone did to her fat ass!

  • @atc250rus It's one thing to be recording police from a public sidewalk (legal), it's another thing to be doing so while standing in the middle of the road (illegal).

  • No she was right in doing what she was doing and you obstructing her was wrong. You could have stood back and used zoom. I would have arrested you for obstruction. No one knows what wires are down or if any wires may be arcing and being near that is a safety issue. Grow up and let us do our job or get a better camera with a zoom lense...

  • Why would you film in the MIDDLE of the road? I mean really, there are RCMP Constables such as this one trying to work and for all we or they know you could be covering evidence. Besides the fact you could be hit by a car. Safety first :D

  • Was this recorded on your car battery?

  • haha I would laugh, camera looks over, is car is parked sideways in the middle of the road blocking all traffic!

  • @Neverforgethaiti This has nothing to do with the right to videotape - it's about the police not needing the extra hassle of dealing with a fucking rubbernecking moron in the middle of the street, who thinks he can do absolutely anything he wants, and clearly came to the scene with attitude issues about Police.

  • @BryteChrome You might not like it but it is not against the law to videotape a cop doing their job while in a public place where there is not expectation of privacy !

  • she didnt notice your mercedes. im a owner of a S600 Bi-turbo & trust me, nobody gives a fuck what you drive. if you were getting in the way with your camera ( and have nothing to do with the scene) & she asks you to leave its a good idea to shove off.

  • @percyvonlipinski It doesnt take 4 years to go to court over a ticket. Nice try!

  • @flatfoot132 Fuck you. All of you think ur right no matter what. I think u ALL have little self confidence & esteem not 2 mention penises

  • @percyvonlipinski She's trying to do her job...like she needs is f***ing moron with a camera coming onto the scene creating additional safety hazards and disturbance of a (potential) crime scene. With your attitude of entitlement, I would have given you a f***ing royal beat down.

  • @percyvonlipinski What did the judge say about the incident?
