I can't believe you still haven't heard from US Airways. You would think that mess Kevin Smith caused with twitter and southwest that they would be all over helping those in needs. ESPECIALLY when social media is involved. It sounds like US Airways has a lot to learn still, maybe they need to be a client of Digital Royalty...
