i have same exact thing on my 300ex its a full system and i ever since i put it on it backfires like a mother any suggestions wat this is? or wat i should do???

@ipod20g You have to jet the carb for the exhaust. It's running too lean.

@fordman2288 They don't make them anymore, the only exhaust DMC makes now is the Afterburner. I found mine used on exriders . com

shane hitt and tim far both raced 250rs in the pro class and had more sponsers than you could believe to back them up. jp racing sent hitt an entire shock/a-arm/swingarm kit just to break out of retirement for a weekend to have a little fun. now if you ask me thats a sponsor thats really looking

Honda is different. They offer pretty much no factory support in the world of ATV and dirt bike racing.. most honda racers are privateers and depend on aftermarket companies to keep them going as far as sponsorship goes. So in that case they aren't really tied to factory quads as much as they are parts. And they are so talented in their careers that they can get away with using 250r's, because they don't race them all the time.

my dad has the same pipe on his 400ex with the 466 big bore it sounds so awesome
