  • ROTFL @kindagoodphoto

No wonder your photos are only "Kinda good"! 100W light bulb? Gonna be a hunchback in no time carrying a power supply when doing outdoor macro work. Over a month later and still no "spoof"- you might want to trade in your disposable camera for some big boy toys there kiddo!

    Great tutorial!

I actually splurged this week and picked up a couple Zeikos Slaves and intend on mounting them much like the Canon or Nikon Macro Twin Light. For the $20 total I think it is worth it.

  • @phacocytosis LOL...I need to do a re-fresher DIY Red-Neck project again...I need some new ideas :)

  • nice but ul look like a dick carrying it around lol

  • Actually last year cops stopped me at the botanical gardens, they wanted to make sure I was running around with an open container.

  • Still way to much shadow.

  • Doesn't matter what it looks like, the only thing people will be looking at is the final product- the images you take.

  • Excellent video. I saw LordV on Flickr and was thinking of trying this

  • gay nerd

  • Still not THAT soft, I think you can improve with better diffuser material because the tube concept itself should work nicely. Try something more opaque than that, a lot of light must be passing directly

  • stupid advices, get a real equipment !

  • @kindagoodphoto After I got done laughing at your horrible attempt at an insult, I decided to look at your videos. Surprise, I found none! Who wold have thought? Anyways keep working on your internet bravery, it needs a little touching up. Regards. @motleypixel Thanks for showing a great alternative to expensive rigs that most of us can create at home. Very informative!

  • Thank you so much for the examples at the end. I am new to all this and it's kind of aggravating when I don't really know what the hell people are talking about or what their goal in making these DIY projects. Great video and thank you so much.

  • this stuff is very cool. u remembered what daddy said GET THE DUCT TAPE SON!
