  • @phakajuju Could be lymph nodes, could be the vertebral processes. Just check periodically and make sure they don't grow in size. Next time you're at doctors, point it out--they'll let you know.

  • Great Vid. Thanks. Question: There are some bumps(knots i think?) on my neck. they are not painful so they dont really bother me or anything and iv tried to get them out but they wont go. Are they normal and should I worry about them?
