    I saw the video... He pointed his gun at unarmed people, pulled the trigger more then one time... Nobody returned fire then he ran like a bitch...All he had to do was leave the club like he was asked to do.. I think he is right where he belongs...

    The gun was fired if you watch the reaction. You wouldn't see the flash because the old security cameras do maybe 10 frames a second (so each frame is 1/10 second)... a gun flash can't be longer than 1/20 sec, so its very possible the flash could be lost between the frames.
