I love this scene!!!! I've heard a lot of funny stuff in my 44 years, and had the privilege of serving in two branches of the armed forces (Army and Navy). With that said, I've never heard the term "if it short-dicks every cannibal on the Congo!" It sound funny but I don:t have a clue as to what it means?
