  • Just a question, so no one get angry at me. But since when have the Welsh ever worn kilts?? Its a Scottish and Irish garment?

  • No anger needed!. We all (Celts everywhere)) wore plaid trousers in the first place, or so Julius Caesar said. The one-legged variety came later. These days kilts turn up in Wales, America, Europe .... seems to be some kind of identifier. I just enjoy the freedom.

  • Cymru am byth.

  • Nice of you to allow us to wear kilts, its not a Scottish or Irish garment its Celtic.

  • There are records of the Welsh wearing kilts over 2000 years ago, the kilt is a celtic garment, were the Scotts and the Irish kept this tradition going, we lost it but kept our language going.

  • I remember John playing at San Diego highland games a few years ago. it would be great to see you guys again. Cymru am byth!!

  • @OceansApartMusic Fair enough, I guess you guys are Celts to and can wear the same clothes we do. Very nice music bro, keep it up.

Saor Alba, Eire, agus Cymru!!! :)

  • Hello!

Great playing, never heard the welsh bagpipes before, they are quite sweet and mellow sounding!

What is the key? I mean, of the chanter and what notes do the drones play?

do you by any chance have the dots for the main melody?

    thanks!
