Why are we Aussies not tought this at school. Aboriginals would of lived their free lives living with the Dutch. So sad the English had other plans 165 years later. Thank you VOC for the enlightenment.
It is wonderful to be listening to the blood line family members of the first European settlers in Australia. It is intreging to learn of their settlement in Western Australia being 350 years ago...well before British settlement 178 years ago. It is awsome that the aboriginal people at that time accepted the stray Dutch into their families and made them a part of them.
wrought iron bar chests?would they be the remains of wooden chests?should i dig deeper?or would it be just junk on the beach?
